We can carry out building selection and due diligence on your behalf. We provide feasibility studies and a full design service, from visualization to construction documentation through to site delivery and the dressing of space. We can provide change management services, carry out environmental impact reports and accreditation.
Design
With the opportunity provided by our clients, we think and research to realize their dreams and aspirations. Our goal through design is to create spaces with powerful first impressions. We believe design is best expressed through concept development and listening to our clients. We curate our interiors with finishes and furniture, objects and art, allied with the latest in technology to create a sense of warmth and purpose.
Strategy & Analysis
In order to get to know you, we look at multiple forces influencing a brief. We constantly study and evaluate. We look at dreams, aspirations. We analyze users’ mindsets. We look at behavioral, economic, societal, health and environmental factors. Through the analysis of data we determine a solution to our clients’ needs and requirements.
Build
We take great care and attention to detail to ensure our construction drawing systems are well thought through and work. Our designs are technically co-ordinated. We strive to make our construction documentation clear and consistent, cross referenced and easily understandable.
Sustainability
Core to our practice is sustainability. We are on track to have our B Corp status in 2023. We adhere to Business for Good practices and strive to improve our business impact. We are experienced BREEAM Assessors and have undertaken accreditations for BREEAM, LEED, SKA ratings. We utilise a full circle reuse feasibility and evaluation process. We strive to lessen the impact our projects and the way people use their space has on the environment.
